In the mid-90s and continuing for 20+ years:

Keith participated in the take-off of CMBS lending, handling both CMBS loan originations (by Wall Street platforms and by Life Insurance companies), and work for special servicers on distressed loans.

During the last six years:

Keith represents CMBS borrowers/non-recourse guarantors in loan modifications, deed-in-lieu transfers, receiverships and foreclosures - turning the table on those years of representing CMBS loan originators and special servicers.
